Are the vehicles new?
6-12-month contracts are new vehicles with delivery mileage. The shorter-term contracts are vehicles that are usually less than 1 years old
What is the lead time for delivery?
Most of our vehicles take approximately 2 weeks to delivery from an accepted order
Is insurance included?
No, you must obtain fully comprehensive insurance in order to hire one of our vehicles. A valid insurance certificate should be presented prior to delivery of the vehicle.
Is maintenance included?
All 6-12-month contracts are new vehicles so keep routine servicing costs, if any, to a minimum. Shorter term contacts do include maintenance. All non-standard maintenance costs including tyre damage are your responsibility. Contracts 12 month + do not include maintenance
Is Road Fund Licence (RFL) included?
RFL is included on all our contracts.
Is warranty included?
All vehicles have full manufacturer’s warranty and assistance
Do you carry out a credit check?
Yes we do complete a credit check on each application to ensure traceability and affordability
Is there an Administration fee?
We do not charge a set up or administration fee
Are there any administration fees?
We do charge an admin fee of £35 + VAT for any traffic offence that may be received including parking violations, congestion zone, compound release fees etc.
What are the delivery and collection charges?
Delivery and Collection to Mainland UK is included in the rental. Delivery charges to Northern Ireland and other locations is available on request.
When do I have to pay?
The initial rental and refundable deposit are payable prior to delivery.
Can I end my lease early?
Ending your lease early will incur charges specific to your contract. Further information is available on request.
Payment
All regular payments must be made by Direct Debit.
Damage
All cars must be returned in a condition commensurate with age and mileage. Further information on vehicle condition and standards is available on request.
Taxes
VAT and RFL are calculated at the prevailing rates. Any increase in VAT and RFL will be communicated directly.
